Why? The purpose of these meetings are to train our users to leverage the Genomics England clinical and genomic data, to assist them in their analysis, and most importantly to provide an environment where users from different backgrounds, skill sets, fields, coding abilities etc can set up collaborations and help each other out across GeCIP domains and discovery forum companies.
Who? These sessions will be accessible to all users of the Research Environment / Genomics England dataset - including both Discovery Forum and GeCIP members.
When? We are aiming to arrange Clinics on a bimonthly basis. We will also arrange extra clinics to present you with new functionality or tools in the research environment that can facilitate or accelerate your research.
What? You can find material from previous clinics below. What comes next depends on you, so don't hesitate to reach us with suggestions on what to cover in upcoming clinics. The next one will focus on how to query the wealth of clinical and phenotypic data available to the researchers in the RE using labkey.
Where? The first clinics are based in central London, but moving forward we are hoping to host clinics elsewhere too. In addition, all clinics that do not include sensitive information about patient data will be streamed live, so you can attend remotely and still participate in the Q&A session. In addition, course content will be made available on this page.
