Welcome to the training materials and resources for the Genomics England Clinical Interpretation Partnership (GeCIP), the community set up to analyse the 100,000 Genomes Project data.
Within these pages you'll find full details for what is available within the environment, and how to make the most out of the data and resources that have been made available to you.

To find out how to access the data for research, go to GeCIP and your access to data.
This site is divided into:
- GeCIP - containing information on the GeCIP model and how to get approval for, and register, research projects;
- The Research Environment - containing guides on working within the Research Environment, and information on the tools and data we provide;
- Project Documentation - a repository of important documents relating to both 100,000 Genomes Project and GeCIP.
